Ingredients (For 4 People)

  • 4 rump steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped

Recipe

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush rump steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steaks for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
